I Heart Faces Challenge | Pets | Chatham, Virginia Photographer

This month's IHF challenge is Pet Faces. I just took this photo of my son yesterday, then I got online this morning to find out that pets were the challenge! How awesome?! I will cherish this photo for many years to come...I didn't plan for the dog to be in the photo, he just showed up! Sweet Lil'Bit!

Sigh. Melts my heart!

I Heart Faces | "Hey Girl" challenge | Chatham, VA Children's Photographer

The May 2012 challenge on I Heart Faces is "Hey Girl." I instantly thought of this image...it is one my most favorite child images that I've taken! IHF Challenge: Oh So Silly | South Central VA On Location Children's Photographer

This week's I Heart Faces challenge is Oh So Silly! Once again, I instantly knew which photo I wanted to enter:) This is my son...and this photo is from his recent 5 month session! He is so much fun, and was hilarious for his pictures. Here he is wearing his Dad's hat...I have to give credit to my sister though for getting him to laugh and play!

So, a few days ago I posted a photo into the I Heart Faces weekly challenge: Family Fun. And it was selected as a favorite! It is very hard to get selected in these challenges...there are so many amazing entries, and I would hate to be the one that has choose! Maybe one day I can be in the top 10!

This photo is of Andrea and her 2 boys:) We had fun at their session this past fall...this was my favorite from their session and also one of my favorite photos from 2011.
