The Fain Wedding was by far one of my favorite weddings ever. It was at their home, which made it more personal and intimate. The ceremony wasn't very elaborate, which I LOVED, and the reception was just a few good friends and family hanging out to celebrate! Here are a few of my favorites from their special evening:)

The May 2012 challenge on I Heart Faces is "Hey Girl." I instantly thought of this image...it is one my most favorite child images that I've taken! Oh my goodness. Crystal's vintage bridal session is one of my favorite sessions ever! And it was awesome to visit the location where my husband and I got married as well, The Avoca Museum. We did all of her photos inside, which was the plan, even though I had hoped to snap a few outside too, however it was a rather windy day. I hope you enjoy looking through these as much as I do! Crystal is a living miracle...she survived a terrible car accident a few years ago and has had multiple surgeries since. She plans to get married soon, even though yet another surgery seems to be hindering their plans. Best wishes to Crystal and Brandon!

I sure can't! He photographed so well...and it was nice to have a GUY senior session for a change! I believe I've only photographed 1 guy senior before Carson.

Meet Teresa.
Isn't she beautiful? I am so blessed to have her as my session assistant. But this session was her turn in front of the camera! I am so inspired by her and her drive. She is about to battle cancer for the second time...she is such a fighter! When I decided to do a spin-off of the the vintage "We Can Do It," I said who better to do it than Teresa!
She pulled this concept off wonderfully while still adding in her own style!
I mean really, don't you love those red pants?!
She is beautiful on the inside too:) I know that God has a special plan for her...she beat cancer the first time and she will do it again!
Please continue to keep Teresa in your prayers. She is strong, but it never hurts to have tons of support backing you up:)

So what do ya think?! I have been wanting a new blogsite forever...my old one was just so plain! A special thank you goes out to Leslie for helping me get everything set up...it would have taken me forever had I done it all on my own! I can't wait to catch up on my posts! I am rather behind:/ I absolutely love the new flash show header that displays some of my favorite images. It is so hard choosing! I also have link tabs and buttons to my Twitter account and Facebook page in the header. Be sure to follow me! I will post updates regularly and offer specials! I can't believe that Connor is already a year old! I have been taking his photos since he was born...he is quite the cutie:)
