So I thought that I would do a post on my recent sessions...I'm behind on them since we have been without electricity for 4 days:( We are hoping that it comes back on soon. Anyways, I recently did a session with Marie, a "just for fun" session with Teresa (my assistant) and her friend Ashley, and a newborn session with Lyndsey & Eric and their new addition Anna! Heather is a friend that I went to school with that I haven't seen in years! We keep in touch some on Facebook, but to say I was thrilled
when she asked me to do photos of her and her boys would be an understatement. I see pictures of them online often, and their cuteness is just oozing!

Kelley was one of the Seniors that I had the pleasure of photographing this past year...she is such a beautiful young lady! I love her red
hair and her FRECKLES! We had a great time with this "just for fun" session. My mimosa tress were in full bloom, so I couldn't pass up doing some with those!

Meet Zachary William. 8 days new! And the best newborn I have had the privilege to work with to date...he was perfect! He slept through the whole session, minus a few minutes of feeding--which he didn't fuss for! He was simply wonderful!

This session was done in addition to the garden session...I was going for a flower theme. I had told the ladies to wear summer dresses and bring any hair accessories they had. I didn't expect them to show up with all kinds of accessories! Casie had the flower head piece, a summer hat, and facinators! Bridget ended up wearing the hat, Chloe kept it natural, and Casie ended up looking like my hippie flower child, LOL.
I am so glad that this session didn't go as planned because I ended up having the opportunity to try other things! I hope you enjoy looking through these as much as I enjoyed taking them! These girls are gorgeous and were so much fun!

I had been visioning a garden session in my head for a few months now...
No, this one didn't quite turn out like my vision, so I may do another garden session later, but I did manage to make something out of it:) My sister Bridget was the perfect person for this session! She is fun and full of personality, so of course the session went well:)

My sweet "baby" boy is growing up so fast:( He is learning so much now that he is mobile...yes, you heard that right! He started walking about 2 weeks ago. He now has 4 teeth and loves eating off of Mommy & Daddy's plates:) I can't believe his 1st birthday is just around the corner!
Sigh. I know, time flies...but for now, I want to just take in all of this cuteness...join me?

These kids were so awesome to photograph! We had to get the cutie with curls to come around to the idea, but once that was done, it was all perfect! Seriously, I was intimidated at first by the idea of 5...but I couldn't have asked for the session to have gone any better! Aren't they all beautiful! And all 5 have gorgeous eyes!
She is so beautiful...I am dying to do her senior photos!

Susan came to me wanting photos of her family...I had no idea how much fun this session would be! These guys were hilarious! After dealing with tons of blinking, "bright" conditions, and a breeze, we did manage to snag a few good ones:)
